I’m having a hard time identifying lead source in order to measure ROI.


At this stage I have 4 different lead sources:


Google Ads

Facebook Ads

In-house eDMs

Referrals


How do you suggest I track lead source?


Of course I don’t want to go down the path of asking in the form ‘How did you hear from us’, we know it doesn’t work and it’s a bad user experience.

Hey Marco - We highly recommend appending URL parameters to your links which identify the source. On Unbounce these parameters can be pulled into matching hidden fields on your form. See the link below for further details:
