We don’t yet allow you to upload your own file (powerpoint, pdf, etc…) but that feature is coming very soon. Until then, you will need to upload it somewhere else (dropbox.com is a good online app if you don’t have any of your own hosting) and then direct the user to the URL of that file in the Form Confirmation properties like this:
