We have a client that is using a subdomain for their landing pages. It was working before, but now, for some reason, their server blocks their domain adl-usa.com and they can only view their website by typing in www.adl-usa.com. Additionally, they now cannot view their landing pages on their server ew2016.adl-usa.com. How can we add the “www” back into the domain?

Our current landing page shows as http://ew2016.adl-usa.com/.
If we did that, would it affect the current set up? (see below)
