SSL not working on my domain

Hi all!I have a little bit problem related to SSL. It says on my Unbounce page, the SSL has been activated, however somehow my website is still showing the “not-secure” indicator on the address tab. I previously reached out the domain company, and they confirmed that there’s no problem on the domain end, thus it will be the concern for Unbounce activating the SSL. I totally get lost on this one, as I reached out the support team of Unbounce, they said that the domain company has not figured out yet the propagation process, in which the domain company confirmed that it is done way back. So, between these two parties, they are like bouncing the ball back and forth, and at this point, I got stuck thinking what should I do?Anyone can help me on this one? I would really appreciate the help.Thank You and Have a great day!

Tool for creating dynamic content based on geolocation

Hi everyone --I was wondering if anyone has a tool they recommend for creating dynamic content on Unbounce pages based on the user’s geolocation. For example, I am running a Google Ads campaign that targets 12 different states, and rather than create 12 state-specific landing pages, I would love to be able to have one landing page with content that changes based on which state the user is in.Any recommendations are much appreciated!

Shopify pre-orders from Unbounce - a guide

Hi guys, With the partnership team’s blessing, we’ve put together a quick guide + video on how to add Shopify pre-order capability to Unbounce landing pages. (currently just the classic builder) Link here. It’s a quick process, but does require a Shopify account, as well as a PreProduct account. PreProduct being the app I’m a co-founder of. Basically, we spend our time helping brands launch new products on Shopify via different kinds of pre-sale. External conversion tracking

Hello Unbounce community! I’m pretty new to the Unbounce tool and I lack technical knowledge so I would kindly ask for your help. We’re setting up a landing page for one of our clients which contains a form for submitting emails. So basically our goal is to collect user emails/leads. Our client would like us to set up an external tracking/transfer of user data to their database. We discussed it with their IT support and they suggest to use the Webhook - so they would prepare a demo URL we can test with webhook integration. Basically they would have a special page were user emails would be sent to (the page wouldn’t be visible to users) and would be connected to their company’s website. (at least that’s my understanding :)) The problem they currently see is that if we store user data (emails/leads) within the Unbounce tool and send it to that URL, we could have some issues with CCPA/GDPR. So, their question is if we can somehow not store user emails within Unbounce? I tried unchecking t

I want to send the variant information to segment.io. Can you help with that? We have an integration of unbounce with segment.io and we use that to track all the user level activity through that on unbounce Currently we are planning to set-up multi variant tests on our landing pages and want to track user level information for different variants. Is there any way we can do that?

Heap / Mixpanel Popup Event Tracking

We use Heap Analytics to track engagement with our site & landing pages. We’ve run into an issue tracking Heap events inside Unbounce popups - in that it doesn’t track. We want to track popup form submissions (send an submission event to Heap when a form’s submitted). Has anyone done this successfully in Heap or Mixpanel?

Mailchimp Audience - Unbounce Integration

I’m currently using mailchimp to send emails and downloadable contents after a user fills the form on our unbounce landing page. The Mailchimp and Unbounce integration is working perfectly, but I noticed that once a user fills the form and gets sent to our Mailchimp audience list and receives the email or downloadable content, they can no longer get the same again. There might be cases where a user can no longer locate the email they got and would just opt to fill out the form again especially for downloadable contents, but the current issue above is restricting users a second download for the same content. Does anyone know a workaround for this?

Pardot & Unbounce Pop-Ups: Use the Unbounce Confirmation Dialog AND a Form Handler

Hi there, wanted to share a little trick I discovered regarding pop-ups, form confirmation dialogs, and the Pardot tracking cookie. I’m using Unbounce’s pop-ups on my website, and the pop-up contains a lead form. I wanted to also utilize a Pardot form handler with the pop-up form, so I could take advantage of the Pardot cookie and set it on their browser when they fill out the pop-up form. The problem: I didn’t want to redirect my visitors away from the pop-up to a different confirmation page. I wanted to use the Unbounce form confirmation dialog, but ALSO post the form data to a URL. I’m also not a coder, so I needed something simple. Here’s the workaround I found: Create the pop-up in Unbounce, including the form. Design a form confirmation dialog that you’d like to use. Make the pop-up live on any webpage. For the next step, we’ll need to activate the popup as if you’re a user. Go to the webpage where the popup is active; trigger the pop-up to appear. How to create dynamic image as thank-you page?

Hi guys, I’ve been trying to setup an e-voucher as thank-you page for landing page submissions. With a thank-you page, I managed to transfer value of [name] and [phone] fields to make the page looks like an e-voucher but then people need to screenshot to save to their phones. So then I’m looking for a more practical alternative where thank-you page is a dynamic image which is download-able or will have a link to such image. Title and meta missing in SERP

When I try to search the name of domain in google “homestay in Jaipur” it says in serp enable javascript as the meta description. Also I have the SEO Framework plugin installed by default and cant use Yoast SEO.

Woocomerce Integration

Hello I want to shift my ecom platform from shopify to woocommerce. The reason behind this is that 1 click upsells are easier on woocommerce. Woo funnels(woocommerce plugin) makes it easier for us to do this. Now all the orders will be processed on woofunnels plugin which has been installed on woocommerce. Now I want to integrate unbounce with woocommerce to process the orders. so unbounce will act as the landing page and woocommerce as the checkout page where we do 1 click upsells. Visitor Tracking Software for a UK-based Client

Hey Community - Quick question for the folks who do work in Europe: A client in the UK is looking for website visitor tracking software (e.g., LeadLander). In our experience, hit rates have varied dramatically based on industry and location. Some tools, for instance, have worked great in academia, but not so well in tech. Dyanmic drop-down form with data pulled from database

So the scope is, i’d like to display prices for various product packages, where there is no correlation between the prices, so a calculation can’t be used - Sure we can use a table and display 10x prices on there, but it’s not as visually pleasing We would like to have data feed from a databse, perhaps via a PHP connection or some other form of implementation I’ve built an example with basic javascript and html, but it’s not easy or simply to adjust the pricing or descriptions, and with no form of automation
