i didn’t design this form, so not sure how it happened. if you examine the source code you’ll see that the form element closes, and then the submit button comes afterward. On click the form appears to submit, but no data is posted.
The editor seems to think the submit button is attached to the form - highlighting the button, there are no options for the button’s link target; and highlighting the form, ticking the position submit button automatically checkbox moves the button.
