Repeating an image

I have two questions:

1. Repeat an image as background for the page. Even if i use body tag in css, i cant find the url of the image to specify in background. How can we do this?

2. In another div, i want to set an image width to 100% of page and want to repeat it. Its basically a header bar kind of thing. How do we do it in your editor.
