Pass form parameters as POST instead of GET

I need to pass the form parameters to a secure URL to perform a query on the other end. The owner of the page is requesting me to pass the parameters as POST instead of GET (the standard way of passing parameters on the page builder). Can you please help me to do so. Thanks a lot.
