Lead information not capturing from submitted form

I’ve created a landing page successfully – but when I fill out the form, none of the lead information is being captured. I’m told my form has been submitted – but the leads aren’t showing up in my dashboard.

I fill it out – but there’s no captured lead. Thoughts?

Apparently, patience also works – because the leads have now populated my dashboard.

Hey Mike, so sorry, we had a brief issue with our database replication this morning. Normally leads will show up instantly…

Your best bet here would be to get in touch with our Support team so that they can investigate further. You can contact them via direct chat from your app - here’s a video showing you how.

 

Alternatively, I’d be happy to take a look. Could you let me know the URL of your page, and would you be happy for me to submit a test lead?
