Images don't show on Firefox and Chrome

Hi Jim,

I had a look at your landing page and it appears that the file type of the images in question is .tiff . This is not a standard web image file format so this is the reason why they are not showing up in some browsers. At this point Unbounce does not do any file format conversion or checking on the images you upload so you will need to prepare your images before hand with the appropriate file format.

You should probably use .png or .jpeg (.jpg) format for best results. Most common graphics applications will be able to save or export an image file with one of these formats.

Once you have converted your images to .png or .jpeg you will need to upload them again to Unbounce and replace the corresponding images in your page.
