I am unable to allow sub domain tracking in Google analytics. how do I proceed

You should actually be able to use Google Analytics to track for your subdomain with a little modification to the typical GA set up on Unbounce pages - we have an article here which shows an example of the modification, and also links to the Google Analytics knowledge base which speaks on tracking a domain across its subdomains.
