1: What challenge are you currently trying to solve? Give as much detail as possible
I am a new marketer, and this is my first page. I have two issues. One, the low amount to CPC traffic I get bounce. This might be ad message issue, but I’m not sure.

Two, Adwords says my Quality Score is low. This is what is says: 2/10. The reasons are:

Expected clickthrough rate: Below average
Ad relevance: Average
Landing page experience: Below average

I used a landing page template (Movo) that had a video, but then I removed the video. Is that why the landing page experience is low? I don’t understand quality score well, but I can’t figure out why my landing page experience is low.

Google Adwords

3: What is your conversion goal?
My goal is to get visitors to fill out the form.

I haven’t got that much time to write too long a reply - and secondly, i’m no PPC expert.

Firsly, I think your message could be much better.

I took me a while to figure out exactly what you are offering. What are you offering / what are the USPs?

Moving to Anthem, “made easier”

this says to me “made easier” is the USP…

Sorry i don’t mean to be brutal - you need to convey:

What do you do?
Why do i need it?
Why should i stay on this page?

Ideally within the first second or two of someone landing on the page.

A strong headline and sub-headline is essential followed by bullets of key USPs works well.

I don’t really know your market well, but someting along these lines perhaps:

Best Anthem Homes at the best prices
We use a data driven approach to get you the right home for you at a great price.

-USP bullets

Outside of that - look for design consistency - you have different fonts, font colours and font sizes.

Your page load speed could be much better. shrink images - use this tool and you can download optimized images: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/

It also seems to be loading a video even though none is showing which is a big part of the page size - did you hide the video perhaps rather than delete?

Delete anything not in use to save page size and improve page speed.
