When is Unbounce going to add html5 form attributes? Could really do with type=“date” as the current suggestion of using Jquery UI isn’t mobile friendly.
+1 I would like to use the jquery mobile slider to populate unbounce form values.

Hi,
ATM you can (probably) add a custom HTML block and some jQuery to add this slider. Then you can add an hidden field which will be populated with the value of the slider.
