I’ve tried out Unbounce for 1 month now as a trial, and although at first I was very pleased with it, there were a lot features I felt it was missing in comparison to another landing page creator I use.
In short, how can I cancel? May be a ridiculous question, as I might be overlooking a simple button or something haha, but thanks in advance!
Hey Evren - thanks for reaching out with this.
You can actually cancel your subscription from within the platform itself. All you need to do is enter Unbounce, click on your name tab on the top-right hand corner of the screen, go into Manage Account. There should be a small button that says “Cancel Subscription.”
