How can i add a section heading inside the form?

I have a form which is divided in two sections, personal information and business information. I would like to add a heading to each section.

For Eg.

Personal Information

  1. Field 1
  2. Field 2
  3. Field 3

Business Information

  1. Field 4
  2. Field 5
  3. Field 6

I would like to add “Enter the amount you owe in each debt type.” as a section heading within the form. As of now, it is added as a text over form.
