Hide pieces of the page within a drop down module?

is it possible to code in a drop down module that hides a section of a page or a part of a page and then when the expand button is click, the content within it shows?

Could you describe a bit more in detail what you are looking for?
What do you want your drop down to display? If you have a link to one of your pages you could send over that shows me the button and then the content you wish to display I may be able to help further.
