Using Tag assistant I am getting an error with GTM. I used the script manager for setup
GTM JavaScript code not found as a direct child of the tag
Is there a way to correct this?

So you’re saying you installed GTM on your Unbounce pages by placing just the GTM container ID (not the full script) in script manager, following these steps and you’re getting that error message still?

I worked this out with the client they had not published the container
