I have a idea to making Unbounce even better. CX (customer experience) is more and more important.
My advise is to make a form that have the same flow as getfeedback. They have a create UI an UX.
Is this possible to build something like this in Unbounce? :

You could embed a 3rd party form onto an Unbounce page. For instance, Typeform has a similar flow to what you’ve shared, and it can be embedded pretty easily. That would be one approach.
