Drag Handles on boxes pushes box further down page

http://grab.by/3NOK - I created a box and placed images inside of the box - which happens to actually “group” them, answering my previous suggestion of course - but when trying to move the transform handle at the top center, it forces the box down the s…creen by about…say 500px or so = http://grab.by/3NOE - note where the ‘guides’ are in the editor vs the second screenshot…wacky, I know, but frustrating.
