Complete form to view video

Welcome to the Unbounce community. 

There are different ways to accomplish what you have set out to do so here is my take on it:

1. Build your page and place an image/screenshot of your video player with some copywriting to the effect of: “Complete the form to see this amazing video” etc. 

2. On form submission, you should redirect your leads to a new page, which would be the exact same page (copy of it) but the video placeholder would be replaced by the actual player this time.

P.S. Another way is to load the video in your confirmation popup and allow leads to play it from there. Although, they won’t be able to bookmark/save the page and might resubmit the form multiple times to get to it.
