We keep forgetting to paste in the Google Analytics tracking code when we create new variants. Given it’s the exact same tracking code each time, is there a way to have the code automatically added to any new page we create?

Hi Randy - Not at the moment but shared scripts is one of the major features our team is working on. For the meantime the script will have to be manually added to each new page you create.
Alternatively, if you your pages start with a similar template or a blank page, you can use one of your existing pages as a template. Simply create one page, add the script, then duplicate it when you need a new page.
