I need to make an image / element to become a link that sends a visitor to a web form on the same page. I have everything in place, but the functionality to make a “click” send the visitors to the form (on the same page).

The first main image is a quote form. Once the visitor clicks the quote form, it needs to send the visitor all the way down to the form located at the bottom of the same page.
