Our landing page, obamacaresimplified.com, is being rejected by AdWords for “Information Harvesting.” I had been under the impression that providing a privacy policy link would remedy this, however, it has not helped.
The AdWords policy states that pages offering free content for the purpose of collecting personal information is not allowed.
Anyone have any ideas?
You were banned because your whole website is just one page that gathers information. That’s all your website does.
What you should have done instead is create a landing page for gathering information, something like:
obamacaresimplified.com/free-white-paper
And make your home page more into explaining what your business is about, what you’re selling, who you are etc…
