If I’m understanding your question, then the answer is yes. First, you’d enable MailChimp integration as usual. There are two ways to accomplish the second part.
You could use our webhook to post form submissions to your server. You’d have to write a bit of code to accept our webhook posts, and do something useful with them.
Alternatively, you could configure your Unbounce form to POST to your own URL after the form submission.
