Text falling out of text boxes

Lately I have been having constant issues with text rendering differently in the editor than they do in preview and live views. See images below - in the editor, the text is as expected, but in preview it falls outside the box. If I resize the text box (even by just one pixel) it fixes itself - until I make another edit and it reverts back to displaying incorrectly. So I’m having to do this after every single edit. Is this a known bug?

Previewer does not reflect actual mobile display

We are finding that what shows in the preview is not reflective of what actually shows on a phone (tested with iPhone SE, iPhone 11 and Galaxy Note). Bulleted lists, in particular, seem to throw very large gaps above and below. Example: http://unbouncepages.com/stanford-sleep-center/ … in the preview it looks exactly as shown in the Unbounce builder, but on an actual phone the gap above/below the bulleted list is much different. Has anyone else come across this problem? Thanks!

Search function to display locations based on zip code input

I have a client with 40+ locations, and rather than listing them all we would like to be able to have the user search or input their zip code and have the locations associated with that display. Is this a feasible within unbounce?
