Youtube Video Background can't be accessed

I’ve added a youtube video background, but keeping getting the “…we are unable to access that youtube video” message. I’ve waited over an hour since uploading to youtube. The youtube video is set to public. I filmed the video and own it - it’s posted on my company page Can’t think of what else it may be? Ideas?
