I’ve added a youtube video background, but keeping getting the “…we are unable to access that youtube video” message.


I’ve waited over an hour since uploading to youtube.

The youtube video is set to public.

I filmed the video and own it - it’s posted on my company page


Can’t think of what else it may be? Ideas?

I have ran into this issue. Make sure when you start the uploading process the privacy is set to public or unlisted (Don’t start at private and then change after).

I’d recommend deleting this one (avoiding a duplicate) and then trying that new link.
