Does my client need to open an unbounce account to view the unpublished landing page for approval?

I have created a landing page, and invited my client to to review as a viewer. He is telling me that he has to open an account in order to view. He does not want to do this. Is this correct, does he need an account or am I doing something incorrectly. Thanks Kim

First time user. When I double click on the text the editor does not appear

I am on Chrome Mac… Does anyone have an idea what I am doing incorrectly?

Text Editor does not work

I cannot get the text editor to work, not changing existing type or in new text boxes. The text editor does not appear when I double click. I have been waiting for support… please can someone help. I have missed my deadline

Thanks to Lou for awesome customer support

text editor wont work when double click Ok Lou from customer service fixed the problem… it was to do with the speed at which the double click on the mouse was set. She was a fabulous help, gently navigating around my ignorance until we fixed the problem. Big shout out to Lou
