Date of birth selector

I would like to add a date of birth selector to my landing page. Currently I’m using the date picker outlined here: /topics/calendar_form_option The only problem is that its very bothersome to scroll back through the years. It would be ideal to have the typical double << to advance the years faster.  Any sugestions outthere?

I have a domain in Yola and need to redirect to an unbounce landing page

I’ve created a custom domain in yola.com to support my unbounce campaign, lets call it domain.com I’ve created the proper cname “info” and forward it to unbouncepages.com, so when people click http://info.domain.com they are automatically poped up with my landing page. However, I also want to redirect my domain www.domain.com to the subdomain. I’ve done it in godaddy and its super easy, however I cant seem to find how to do it in Yola. Can anyone out there help me? thanks,

Drop down menu query

I need to show a set of options in a drop down menu 2, depending on what the user chose in drop down 1. Specifically, I have car brands in dropdown menu 1 and models in dropdown menu 2. I want to show only the models according to the selected brand in drop down menu 1. Any hints on how can I do this?

Pass form parameters as POST instead of GET

I need to pass the form parameters to a secure URL to perform a query on the other end. The owner of the page is requesting me to pass the parameters as POST instead of GET (the standard way of passing parameters on the page builder). Can you please help me to do so. Thanks a lot.

Birthdate selector

I need to capture the birthday date (not date of birth) to then forward this information to mailchimp and program a automated email for their birthday. With the date picker, I’m able to capture the date of birth, but I _m not able to program the automation properly in mailchimp, since it works only with MM/DD format. Has anyone solved this problem?
