Lead Form is blank when clicked on?

I am having an issue with my lead form, when I click on the form button the field opens but is blank. For the life of me I cant work out why? https://www.robertsleight.com/

Need help with Pixel conversion lead

Hi all Trying to set up my pixel for lead conversions on my landing page. I am not sure what to use as key words for the form being submitted and value? I have a pixel installed and is working fine, I need to get conversions working for conversion ads.

IG’s native browser issue

I clicked on a link on Instagram which took me to our unbounce page inside the IG’s native browser. What I saw was a page where things over-lapped quite a bit, resulting in a poor experience. It doesn’t seem like Unbounce is compatible with IG’s native browser, is this the case? Suggestions on how to 1. preview the page in IG’s native browser and 2. make the page display nicely? I would have thought that Instagram being a large social media platform that this would not be an issue. Thanks!

Getting lead emails from Unbounce not my lead manager

I am trying to fix a problem for a team member of ours, when they test the lead form they get an email from unbounce and not the lead manager they have set the web hook to send to? They say they have a green tick saying the hook should be working. I have tried to figure it out for them and they have fixed the hook a few times with no luck. What should they be looking for to fix the issue?

Sorry if this has been covered but I have a google script running but cant find info on how and if I can have a LinkedIn script running as well.
