Solution: Marketo + Unbounce

HOW TO: Sync Leads + Web Data using Marketo & Unbounce As many of you may have found out, while Unbounce can send lead data to Marketo, it cannot associate web data with the Marketo Munchkin Pixel. Having recently started a new role which used web-data in lead scoring and sales, I needed to find a solution to bridge this gap in order to continue using Unbounce. Luckily, with a lot of research and testing, our team has come up with a solution that has been working consistently for the past 4 months. My goal in posting this here is to both assist users in their setup, and give the Unbounce team some insights of how this process can possibly be improved. THE PROBLEM Marketo not only collects leads, it also associates web data for each user: including pages views, dates visited, URL paths, and more. CTA Conf: Implementing Oli's Blog Navigation

Hello Unbouncers! Recently at CTA Conference @Oli_Gardner gave a great talk on how to better convert blog readers. I saw the initial change with removing the standard navigation for a much more product and conversion focused header several months ago and discussed with my team. After creating our finalized mockup I sent it around the office and to our SEO team for feedback. Everyone internally was on board, but our SEO team has several concerns with removing the navigation. We may keep the root blog link and categories with our normal navigation, and also keep all links in the footer of each blog page for linking. Community Question: What do you think of a strategy like this, and how to you see it affecting SEO in comparison to conversion? I’m also interested in a proper way to test this? Marketo Munchkin + Unbounce

Having issues with using the Unbounce + Marketo Integration for keeping web tracking data within Marketo. The Munchkin code doesn’t appear to be working correctly, and we can’t pass IP field mapping from Unbounce to Marketo. What is the solution for this? Thanks,

Microsite Mobile Menu?

I’m building a few mico-sites using Unbounce as part of a marketing campaign. My question is, is there a simple way to create a mobile menu in Unbounce between the pages? So far the only options I can think of are: actual links on the page, an overlay, or a separate “menu” webpage for mobile-only. Any ideas would be great, thanks!

TL:DR Target pop-ups based on Country, Region, or City If you’re like me, one of the first things you wanted to do once diving into the new embedded CTAs was Geo-Target them based on segment. Well, you’re in luck as I’ve spent all morning researching the perfect setup, and it’s all yours to implement! This process uses Google Tag Manager + Unbounce to achieve the segmentation. If you don’t already use GTM (?!?!) you can easily find resources online—you’ll need it though as it does half the trigger process. This functionality is based entirely on third party code, and has only been tested in limited applications.
