Can I create dynamic landing pages for 2 level verification

Hi All, We need to create landing pages which can assume dynamic values for 2 level verification as in OTP verfication. So if a user comes on unbounce, submits his info and after that OTP is generated; would a landing page be able to verufy the person on the basis of that value and confirms his identity?
