Tutoring land page - good but want excellent

1: What challenge are you currently trying to solve? Give as much detail as possible Conversion. Conversions at 23.33% at present which I should be happy with. But - stepping back from the page I think its not visual enough so if we can improve maybe our conversions will go sky high. 2: How are you driving traffic to your page? Google ads 3: What is your conversion goal? 35-40% 4: Provide a link to your published landing page / convertable: ex. http://www.landingpage.com/ http://chrismallonlawtutor.com/law-tutor-chris/
