Adding just text to a form (like an element called "additional text")

I need to add a few lines of text to a form just before the send button. These lines are not associated with any form element (weel, apart from text). Is there a solution. THX.

CSS Style Sheet esp. for Error Message

I only want to change the style of the pre code Error Messages nothing else … Does anyone now where I can get a class, id or whatsoever to achieve this? thx R
