Form Disable Submit Button

I need to edit my form so that the ‘Submit’ button is greyed out/disabled until all fields have been filled out. I have already marked all fields as required. Is there some script or CSS code that I can add to do this please? Thank you!

Form Append URL - Postcodes

I am creating a form which requires users to input two postcodes, and then be directed to an external website URL. When a user submits the Unbounce form, they need to be passed on to a URL similar to this: https://www.website.co.uk/send-a-parcel?from=cv36lx&to=sa708tq#/ However, when attempting to do this on Unbounce, it does not let us. Please is someone able to help or create some custom code/Javascript so that the form URL will work? Thank you!
