NEW: Troubleshoot your Integrations with better error handling!

Yesterday we rolled out a big improvement to our integrations that helps notify you when form submissions don’t make it through to their intended destination. A few examples of this are: MailChimp: The email address submitted in your Unbounce form is already subscribed to your MailChimp list. The API key for your MailChimp integration is invalid The email address that was submitted is invalid One of your MailChimp fields is marked as “required” but no value is being sent from Unbounce WebHook: The destination URL returned error response code (400 or 500) The desination URL timed out The destination URL is invalid Email me new Leads: Your email address(es) are invalid or not responding There are many more possible issues that can go wrong with your integrations, and as we add more integration options on our side, the list is only going to grow. [Feature Release]: Create groups for your pages!

This has been a really long time coming, and we need to thank everyone who has waited around patiently for this feature. In the interest of getting things out there as soon as possible, we’re releasing Page Grouping today as an “Unbounce Labs” feature (which means it’s still technically ‘beta’ and is lacking some functionality.) In order to use it, you’ll need to visit the Unbounce Labs section from your Account tab, or just go here… Once you’ve enabled the feature, go back to your dashboard and you’ll see a bit of a different interface for adding page groups: That’s it! You can disable the feature at anytime if you’d prefer to use the existing dashboard interface while we’re ramping up functionality. Segment your MailChimp campaigns and trigger Autoresponders!

If you have integrated a page with your MailChimp account, you can now receive the page ID from where the lead came from, the specifc variant letter that they saw, and a custom date for the lead submission. These values will be passed to your list as: UBPAGEID , UBVARIANT and UBDATE so you’ll need to add these fields to your list before you can receive the data. To do so, check out this knowledge base article here: Capture Page ID, Variant Letter and Custom Date in your MailChimp Lists. Once you start receiving this data for your leads, you can do things like segment email campaigns based on a specific page or page variant or trigger auto-responders even if you’re not sending the double-opt-in confirmation email. New Feature: Create a new page from any variant

We had a small but useful feature roll out into production today: the ability to create a brand new landing page from any variant on any other page. Where this can help is if you have finished experimenting on one page and want to take what you’ve learned from the winning variant and start a new campaign, you can now select the “gear” menu for one of the variants, and choose “Create a New Page from Variant:” Which will then prompt you to name your new page, and choose which integrations you want to carry forward. After hitting “Create Page” you’ll be taken to this brand new page’s overview screen where your selected variant is now the champion. Easy!

Product Update: Changes to Multi-Client Management

As you might have seen by now, we’ve made some changes to the interface inside the app. Check out the short video screencast, or take a look at the notes below. What’s changed 1. We’ve renamed “sub-accounts” to “clients” We talked to a number of you who were using sub-accounts to manage your pages, teams, etc., and the majority of you made it clear that your primary use-case was to separate clients from each other. This terminology change is fairly simple, but hopefully it will make the feature more obvious for agencies. 2. The left-hand sidebar has been re-designed We’ve re-designed the client-switching menu as well as the menu that you manage pages and domains with. We hope to continually simplify the interface and put focus on the content that matters the most to you. 3. Account and Subscription Management has been simplified We received feedback that our account and subscription overviews were confusing so we simplified them. Hello loyal Unbouncers! Some of you have been enquiring lately about what we’re busy working on, and where we’re headed with the product this year. Pretty much everything we are aiming to build is highlighted in this forum, I just wanted to shed a bit more light on it for you. Our primary focus is to ensure that our product scales as you do. This means making it easy to manage content and tracking scripts across hundreds or thousands of pages, efficiently manage professional scale PPC campaigns, and being mobile-ready with responsive pages. We’re also planning to support SSL for published pages to accommodate more e-commerce partnerships. We understand that a lot of you are pushing Unbounce to its limits which is really exciting for us (and sometimes frustrating for you, we know,) so thanks for sticking with us. Launched: Multi User and Client Management + Other Features

Hey guys, I’m really excited to announce that we’ve rolled out a batch of shiny new features to accomodate multiple users and multiple sub-accounts (clients). What this means is that you no longer need to share your login information with anyone, and you can organize pages, domains and page groups into separate sub-accounts for client work or project specific organization. We’ve also updated the UI and rolled in a few new features such as the ability to edit your “new lead” email notifications, and the ability to move pages between sub-accounts. New Feature: Field Mapping!

We’re excited to announce Field Mapping as our latest Unbounce Labs feature! What is field mapping? In short, you can now send arbitrary form fields to your MailChimp or WebHook integrations. For more details please read our field mapping support article. We also have support articles for more advanced usage, including configuring custom fields and adding integration fields. We hope this feature makes integrating with MailChimp and WebHooks much more natural for you! Upcoming changes: Allow specifying “hidden” and “required” attributes for MailChimp fields when creating them from Unbounce. Show what value the field will be reverted to for the “revert to default” option in the dropdown menu. Fix inconsistencies with disabled dropdown selections when adding new custom fields and then adding new integration fields.

Some of you may have noticed last week that we released an integration with AWeber, an email management system that helps you manage leads, send emails, drip campaigns, and the works. By integrating your Unbounce page with AWeber, you’ll be able to send new leads straight to your AWeber list.
