CSS Help for TypeForm!

typeform does not work well on unbounce on mobile. after badgering their support, the answer is “we know it doesnt work and its not a priority”. their priority is to make their editor look better. i’m going to be looking for an alternative soon after I knock down a few other to-dos. their editor is awesome enough, you’d think that they’d fix other things that are clearly broken. better integration into unbounce and mobile could remove two clicks for me in my conversion funnel.

Embedded Live Chat on PAGE Integration

I used FreshChat. It seems ok for now. I evaluated a few and freshchat seemed to have the features I wanted and the price was good. Its missing a few things I now know that I want. For conversion, I didn’t run this feature as an A/B test. The volume we’ve used it on is too small, but I get the sense that you should always ask for contact info before accepting a chat. Otherwise you invest the effort and we’ve seen that chats don’t lead to conversion. I’ll run an A/B test soon but I’m starting to get a feel that it decreases conversion. What chat does give you is a sense of what information isn’t apparent or isn’t on your pages that users want to ask about.

Accepting payments and firing facebook tracking pixel

No my big issue is that customers don’t aways stay around long enough for the redirect to the thank you page. My thank you page had my facebook conversion pixel. I want facebook to optimize for people that convert, but it can’t do that if the pixel doesnt get fired after a purchase. So I am looking for a solution that doesnt require the user to leave my unbounce page (that is great for reducing clicks) but that also automatically fires the facebook pixel upon completion of a transaction. This is a critical deal killer for me. I’m evaluating other platforms right now and I will move off of unbounce and rebuild my site from scratch if i can find this functionality elsewhere. …H
