Multiple URLs Per Page

Hi Jonathan, WP Engine (both my websites are hosted there) redirected my old URL to the new URL yesterday. I just live chatted with them today and they altered the redirect from yesterday so that all the pages on my old website are now redirected to just the home page URL of the new site; so now it works with just the one landing page which is fine for now. I really appreciate your willingness to assist me. Thank you, thank you! Have a great weekend!

Multiple URLs Per Page

Hi Jonathan, Sorry to bother you again…I’m creating duplicates of my first landing page as I’d like to direct several different URLs to the same landing page. Here’s my situation: I have redirected an old Wordpress website to a new Wordpress website that is currently being built. My new website points to my first landing page. So essentially, both the old and new website point to my first landing page and it works perfectly. The reason I am redirecting from the old website is because I still get lots of Pinterest traffic from it. Here is my challenge: If my pinterest pin has this URL, for example - http://www.olddomain.com/scottsdale-las-vegas/, it is redirected this new URL, for example - http://newdomain.com/scottsdale-las-vegas/. So, I’ve changed the URL on my new, duplicate landing page to this new URL. However, the landing page doesn’t show up. What appears is a 404 message from the new website that’s being created. Hope this makes sense. I’m obviously missing something but can’t

Mailchimp Integration / Help

Stefano, It finally worked! Strange, but it took about an hour for MailChimp to recognize the new subscriber, which is unusual in my experience (usually it’s pretty immediate). Nonetheless, I still have a free MailChimp account, and when choosing ‘Confirmation Email’ during the Integration (per your suggestion) MailChimp does initiate a 1) ‘Please Confirm Your Subscription’ Email, followed by the 2) Confirmation Thank You Page (per the forms I set up in Mailchimp). I did not not choose to send a Final Welcome Email, otherwise I’m sure it would have sent that as well. Thank you so much for your help. I wanted to be thorough in my explanation above as I hope this thread also helps others…if one is not a techie it’s hard to figure out exactly with only the documentation. Thanks again!

Mailchimp Integration / Help

Hi Stefano, I made sure to select ‘Confirmation Email’ for the integration; now Mailchimp doesn’t even recognize (add) a new subscriber…so something is clearly not ‘integrated’. Do you have any other advice? Do you think it will only work with a paid subscription to Mailchimp? Thank you.

Hi Stefano, When I test the integration with my own email address, my email shows up as being added correctly to my MailChimp list. But yes, I am not receiving the confirmation emails and thank you page, etc. I set up in MailChimp. Thank you!

Hi Joe, Thank you. I do have a ‘Starter’ subscription plan with Unbounce. I do not have a paid version of MailChimp. Could that be the issue? Thank you.

[How-to] Add a Favicon to an Unbounce Landing Page

Hello, How do I find the location of my favicon.co file? If it is in the root directory of my website, where would I find the root directory of my website? I am using a wordpress theme that allowed me to upload a 16x16 .png in the ‘Theme Options’ to use as a custom favicon…sorry, I don’t know where to find the favicon.ico file. Thank you!
