Multi Step Form

Hi there, thanks so much for the script. I’m having some issues that I’m hoping you can help resolve. The original submit button (“Book Now” on the screenshot below) isn’t disappearing. The next steps button isn’t appearing. When I enter the details on the first step and hit the original submit button, it goes to the next step, but the fields in the next steps move up on the box that the form sits on. This means that it then overlaps with the forms title. Thanks again for your help. Alex
