With access to Smart Traffic being expanded to more of our customers last month, I wanted to share a quick walkthrough of how to use the tool to start boosting your conversion rates.
To turn on Smart Traffic:
Step 1: Go to your Unbounce dashboard
Step 2: Select your page
Step 3: Switch from ‘Standard’ page traffic mode to ‘Smart Traffic’
Step 4: Create as many page variants as you’d like to include
Step 5: Republish!
Once Smart Traffic has completed its learning phase (about 30 visitors), it will start routing different visitors to the pages with the highest likelihood for them to convert. And as Smart Traffic optimizes and learns your visitors’ behaviors, you’ll see a lift in conversions.
You can always add a new variant later on, just make sure you republish the page to restart the learning phase.
