Recently, I looked at which regular processes felt the most difficult to begin. For me, it was getting the first draft of a customer profile done. Getting the first sentence often feels so daunting. So I pulled up a quick template with a general outline (thanks ChatGPT!), instantly had ideas for what I would change and jumped into my second draft. I think this saved me at least an hour, and I’m pretty excited about what’s to come.
