Text editing questions (vertical alignment and line spacing)

Is there a way to change the vertical alignment of text within a text box? It currently seems to be fixed to the top.

Additionally, is there a way to change the size of the space created between lines of text when I hit “enter”?

I don’t really know HTML/CSS, but I’m guessing these can both be easily modified through the source…if so, any pointers?

workaround: created two separate text boxes and manually spaced them using the geometry offset values

Also figured out that hitting shift+enter adds a normal space. However, when I attempted to resize that space’s font size (to reduce the gap) it didn’t actually adjust its size on the page (even though it did appear to work within the text editor)
