Hi, I followed the instructions to create a multi-step form [How To] Add A Multi-Step Form 2.0
but I would like the final “page” to allow the user to fill out multiple fields. How do I do that?
For example:
page 1 has question 1 (radial menu form)
page 2 has question 2 (radial menu form)
page 3 asks for name, email, phone number
Right now, I am not able to do this. Name, email and phone number would be on separate pages. This is too much. How do I set that to be all on one (the final) page?
