Hi! I noticed that my google Tag Manager installed after body tag, but as I know tag manager should be installed in the header. Probably, for that reason I cant see google tag manager installed in the preview mode and some additional scripts dont work as well.
How can i change the placement of a google tag manager or its not a problem if its installed after body tag?

This is not an AMP page, correct?
I don’t think you need to add any script manually at all. Just copy the GTM-Container ID and create a new new GTM Script in the script manager under Settings in the menu to the left…
