Inflated Conversion Tracking: More Conversions than Visitors

Hi. Several landers I use have started recording more conversions than visitors, giving me conversion rates that are more than 100%. This has only been happening this year, which makes me think that it has something to do with the external conversion tracking update my team did at the end of 2023. Has anyone else experienced this? It’s happening to landers with signup forms, but it also happens on landers where we are only tracking clicks.

Automatically adding a +1 to the phone field for enhanced conversions in Google Ads

Hi all. I’ve set up enhance conversions to pass email & phone data to Google Ads, hashed.  The one issue is that there needs to be a country code added to the phone number. Most people do not include the +1 (US) when completing the form. Is there a way for me to do this or have it included from the beginning? All help is appreciated! Thank you

Can I change the redirect URI on a registered OAuth app?

Hello everyone. I have an existing OAuth integration with Unbounce, so I have the client ID and client secret already. Due to some rearchitecting, we need to change the redirect URI to a new location. Is there a way to do this without registering a new app? I could not find anything listed in the docs, and the original developer that built this integration hasn’t been with the company in years, so if there’s a management portal to log in to, we don’t have access to those credentials.Thank you!

Improve Page speed on my landing page

https://go.aegis-hedging.com/commodity-trading-and-risk-management-software/ Mobile is reporting back at 64. and 82 for desktop. I have Growform integrated as the main form but that seems to be fast when I test it.How do I remove other third-party code of extra code that doesn’t need to be there? What about changing fonts?Any help or instructions are appreciated! (not a developer)

Classic builder CSS style sheet

I'm looking to update the H1 tag across my page and update these parameters: color, font-family, and font-size. Here's the CSS I wrote:<style>  .h1 {    color: Red    font-family: "Times New Roman", Times, serif    font-size:16px} </style> When I preview, the color updates, but the Unbounce classes are taking priority for the other parameters.I've tried including !important in my CSS, but it's still not becoming the priority.Does anyone have experience updating the H1 class for these parameters?

Font Family isn't updating in CSS Style Sheet

I’ve been trying to create a style sheet for my landing page so that I can update all items from a same class at once.I created the classes and added them to the style sheet. Things like color do update but for some reason anything related to fonts doesn’t update on the page (in preview and live modes).I asked support for help but they told me to ask the community. Can anyone help?

Live website doesn't show correct elements

Dear sir/madam & Unbounce Community I face an urgent issue with one of the pages that I have in Unbound. The page has the name: Try and Buy: Kawasaki (NL-NL) and is on url: https://actie.motoshare.nl/kawasaki/ Certainly the live version of this pages on desktop doesn’t show the elements in the correct position. However when I look in the editor on Unbounce and the preview version, it all looks fine. I tried on Safari and Google Chrome. Removed my cookies and cache history and checked on multiple devices but problem seems to occur everywhere. I’ve attached some screenshots with comments between the difference of the pag how it looks in Unbounce editor and the Unbounce preview page compared with the actual live version. Please help me out how to solve this problem and why the live website is showing something different then what i’ve built.

Error "Unable to load your page"

I was editing a page, when suddenly it started showing the following error: "Unable to load your page". I can access the preview and publish, but I can't edit.I tried to duplicate the page but the copy shows the same error.I really need to be able to access this page and be able to edit it.I contacted support but got no response.

ubpages.com has been flagged and is on a DNS Block List (DNSBL)

Urls pointing to ubpages.com (even with the subdomain) are being flagged by LinkedIn as malicious. Every client we have that is using the ubpages.com domain is having this issue. Currently the only DNSBL service that has ubpages.com listed is https://check.spamhaus.orgFor example: when URLs to ubpages.com on LinkedIn are clicked, it displays a ‘malicious content’ warning. Upon further investigation LinkedIn uses spamhaus.org as a resource for flagging malicious URLs. What can we do to fix? Can UnBounce request to be removed from this block list?

Form Validation Error Message Placement

Is there an easy way to control the placement of error messages?  Like placing it above inputs vs below inputs? I am looking for a way to do this for all inputs if a form exists on a page or a specific input element based on id. I am running into an issue where the messages cover my drop down. I can’t find any information on what styling and what the html structure is like for how Unbounce applies validation messages. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Unbounce Form is firing gtm.formSubmit twice

I have a landing page that is firing to dl push events for gtm.formSubmit.  (Not confusing this with standard form submit and gtm.formSubmit as two events).If anyone knows what could be causing this, please let me know.I saw another question on this here, but no stated reason:

Modal height based on form height

We are using a modal to display a form but the modal cuts off part of the form.  We’re looking to set the height based on the form instead of trying to manually set the modal height.Any help is appreciated.

Set lightbox height to dynamically adjust to custom HTML height within?

Fairly straightforward - we have a Squarespace Scheduler booking form that is embedded via custom HTML on a lightbox when the user clicks “Book Now” on the page.That custom HTML has its height automatically adjusted with a bit of CSS:#lp-code-NUM { height:auto;}However, the height of the lightbox does not dynamically adjust if we use this same CSS solution with the #lp code for the lightbox root.How can we have the lightbox adjust its height to fit the embedded custom HTML? The height of the embed adjusts depending on timeslot availability for booking, it is not a static height.

snapcaht pixel problem

Dear allI have a problem wiht snapchat pixel, i added it correctly to my landing page, but i have a problem wiht passing email info to the event manager.the event quality score is down because susbcriber emails info are not passed throuh the event. here is the pixel code in my thankyou page and this is what i get when checking the pixel via pixel helper can any one help solving this issue?

We are building out landing pages on our WordPress site. Not using the Unbounce builder. Is there a way to integrate Unbounce A/B testing to experiment with content and switch URLs for variant testing?

Refresh Page When Editing Duplicate Page

I duplicated a landing page to work on changes while the other is running. The REPUBLISH button becomes prominent. Is this just to make the page I’m working on live? Will my other variants continue to run even if I don’t Republish? Thanks.

Me and my team have noticed that these countries are missing in the default COUNTRY DROP-DOWN so we want to know if the Unbounce team could add them. South Sudan, Palestina e Kosovo.  When we collect leads we need these countries so is very important to make the appear in the list. Thank you.

Embedded Video: Fullscreen Option Not Available

I've embedded a video from my own host. It works, but the fullscreen option is always greyed out. I've tried both, <iframe> and <video> tags, nothing works. Does Unbounce have restrictions?
