Hi. Several landers I use have started recording more conversions than visitors, giving me conversion rates that are more than 100%. This has only been happening this year, which makes me think that it has something to do with the external conversion tracking update my team did at the end of 2023. Has anyone else experienced this?
It’s happening to landers with signup forms, but it also happens on landers where we are only tracking clicks.

You’ve mentioned external conversion tracking update… are you using the native Unbounce forms or a 3rd party?
You might be firing the external script more than once for some reason and that could result in double tracking certain events.
How is the external tracking deployed (GTM)?
I would be happy to take a look and see if I spot something odd.
