I’ve been having problems tracking conversions externally. Out of ten purchases through the landing page (via Shopify buy buttons), only one has been tracked in Unbounce.
The code is in place and we don’t have any other conversion goals ticked.
80%+ of the traffic to the page is coming from iOS users. I have a feeling that iOS is blocking the tracking code from functioning and that’s why the conversions aren’t registering.
Has anyone else had issues with conversion tracking from iPhones in the past? Significant differences in the number of conversions between what Unbounce reports and what it actually says in Shopify?
