I’ve got a pop up convertible that triggers on exit intent. The problem is that on some occasions it appears half behind the web page content, like this:
Other times it appears ok.
Any ideas please?

It looks like this might be a technical bug, or something specific to your account. I’m not sure there’s much that the Community can do to help out here, but if you reach out to our awesome support team they should be able to dig into this and figure out a solution for you.
