Hi, everyone.

I am not sure how this happened? The issue didn’t show on my Unbounce account. It shows when I connected it on WordPress.

Please help. Thanks!

Hey @Ena_Bigayan,

I don’t see the error anymore. Maybe you found a way to fix it or it was a temporary glitch.

Best,
Hristian

P.S. I tried a couple of different browsers (Chrome and Safari).

Thanks for looking into it, Hristian. Haven’t fixed it actually. The page you’re looking at is our website. The link supposed to redirect to the landing page I’ve created. But I am having a problem due to the image below I think? I am not sure how to fix it.

Hope you can help me. Thank you so much in advance!

Hey @Ena_Bigayan,

The problem might be with the WP plugin. I would uninstall and install it again.

If that doesn’t fix it, you might have to upgrade your PHP stack so you can upgrade to the latest plugin version.

Best,
Hristian

Hey there @Ena_Bigayan!

My name’s Alex (I’m part of Unbounce’s support team) and just wanted to chime in here. As per @Hristian’s suggestion, I might try reinstalling the Unbounce Wordpress plugin and see if that does the trick or not as a first step.

Should that not work, we can push this to a support ticket on our end for a closer look. You can either e-mail us directly at support@unbounce.com or you can share a good e-mail I can reach you at and I will open a ticket for you myself. 🙂

Got it, everyone. Thank you so much.

I was able to fix the CSS issue by removing the script I added to the Stylesheets tab. When viewing my page (http://gorvallynch.com.au/family-law/) on desktop, it works perfectly fine. Unfortunately, it’s not reflecting on my mobile phone.
