Pop-ups and Lightbox with issues

I do not know why, but when I try to enable lightbox, my preview works correctly, but when the page is up, nothing appears, as in the image above.

How to solve this? It has happened before.

Hi, what type of content do you have in the lightbox? Is it being pulled in from another URL?

And can you share the page so we can see what it looks like on our end?

Hello Nicolas.
This is the page

https://unbounce.123i.com.br/wts/

The content is inside the landing page itself, if you look at the html code, and get the lightbox link, you will see that it is working, but it does not appear inside the lightbox.
I don’t know why. 😦

Hmm, when I load the unsecure version of the page (http) it loads the lightbox content. But it doesn’t work in the https version. Very strange. It has something to do with that, but I’m not sure exactly what. I would recommend reaching out to Unbounce support via phone, email, or live chat, and seeing if they can troubleshoot on their end if you haven’t done so already.

@Nicholas was on the right track.

For some reason you are trying to load unsecured content on your secured landing page and that’s why the browsers are blocking it.

Hmm, probably the problem should be in the page domain.
The page is forced on https but it is in http actually and so the unbounce is pulling that link, it can be that is not it?

I’ll check this domain to see how it really is.
But if unbounce forces http to become https, it should work in lightboxes too, does not it?
