Hey there, and welcome! Glad to hear you’re enjoying Unbounce.

This article below might help. Did you already go through all of these steps and are still having issues with it?

Thanks for responding. Yes i followed the instructions and have created an A record with the address. The only thing i couldnt do is actually name the record. I had to put in www. I have included a screenshot here. Any ideas?

There might be an issue with having an A record and a CNAME record for “www”.

I can’t tell what the TLD (top-level domain) is from your screenshot. What do you see when you do a CNAME lookup for the www version of your URL?

How about the DNS lookup for your domain.com - what do you see there?

@barleymagrew I think that the issue is you have an A record for ‘www’ as opposed to your naked domain (‘mysite.com’ for example).

Step 2 in the following document references the A record you need to set up: http://documentation.unbounce.com/hc/en-us/articles/204011960?_ga=1.215787666.462355957.1477411541#content1

Hope this helps!

Hey there!

I’ve set the DNS records as described but getting a 522 on the naked domain: https://saasfriday.com/

Here’s a screenshot of the settings:

Any idea what’s wrong?
